I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms, although a bit small, were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and more than adequate for my 3-night stay, offering a lovely view of the pier and sea just across the road. The service was top-notch with a fantastic team of staff, making my holiday extra special. The location was unbeatable, right on the front overlooking Britannia Pier and the beautiful sea. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, offering very good food but with limited options and some temperature issues. Overall, a great value for the money.

The staff, including Bernie, Jessica, Silvia, Ben, Hayley, Joanna, and Ashleigh, were all incredibly happy and helpful, ensuring a fantastic holiday experience. The food was excellent, and the rooms were spotless.

The hotel's location was the best, right across from Britannia Pier with a magnificent view of the sea. It was ideal for shopping, the seafront, and easy access to various attractions.

The hotel has a great central location, right on the seafront near shops and amenities. The rooms are small and could get very hot, but they were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
